We have received a question from our tenants who live in Smiley Apartment and others expat friends about extending their VISA. Easy and not too expensive! 🙂

Linh Tran is very friendly, helpful and speaks very good English. He can come to collect your passport and give you back at your place. Take around 5 to 7 days to make VISA. Pay when you have your passport back.

Close to many supermarkets (Citimark Plaza, Coopmart Cong Quynh, Ha Noi, cinema (Galaxy Nguyen Trai), shopping mall (NowZone), entertainment, California Fitness & Yoga Center, restaurants (Ngọc Thủy, Hương Rừng), Phở Restaurant (Phở Hùng, Phở Hiền, Phở Thanh Cảnh….), coffee shops, pharmacies, banks, bookstores, many clothes shops (Nguyen Trai street is one of the biggest clothing store in Ho Chi Minh city and you can walk from here). There are 4 types apartment from 200 US$ (room), 450 US$ per month (separate kitchen, bedroom and nice view), 525 US$ and 575 US$ per month (balcony, window, studio style). Usable area from 35sqm or 40sqm.
